Kevin isn’t your typical trainer. Growing up, sports and exercise were never part of his life – he spent most of his time reading and playing video games. It wasn’t until he studied Kinesiology at SFU that he discovered the impact fitness and health could have, even when the process feels overwhelming.

Having started from scratch himself, Kevin is passionate about helping beginners feel welcomed and supported. He focuses on building a strong foundation, correcting movement, educating on nutrition, and guiding each client step by step. His goal is to help you develop healthy habits, lasting fundamentals, and confidence in your body and movement.

Kevin creates a space where you can learn, grow, and stay motivated throughout your journey. If you’ve ever felt unsure about starting your fitness path, Kevin will be there with you every step of the way.

Born in Taiwan and raised in Vancouver over the past 26 years, Kevin isn’t your typical trainer. When he was younger, he never played sports or enjoyed exercise; only after going to SFU to get a kinesiology degree did he finally grasp the benefits of health and fitness. 

Kevin partners with you every step of the way. Having started from scratch himself, he aims to avoid the mistakes of those who are beginning their fitness journey. From movement correction to nutrition education, he will guide you on the best path to reaching your fitness goals, as well as make sure you stay motivated throughout. Kevin not only works with you in the gym but goes beyond to optimize healthy habits and lifestyle changes in your day-to-day life.

Outside of the gym, Kevin enjoys cooking and online video games with his friends.
