Ioana brings a scientific background in chemical physiology to her career in fitness. Raised in the Lower Mainland and a Vancouver resident since 2018, her journey began with a high school fitness class and has evolved through extensive involvement in multiple sports and weight training, fueling her enduring passion for exercise science.
Outside of her professional endeavours, Ioana enjoys a diverse range of activities, including skiing, mixed martial arts, music performance, production, and cooking.
