Martin Voslar founded Iron Lab Strength and Conditioning in 2011 with a single purpose: to help others achieve the body and life of their dreams so they can live their lives to the fullest.

Martin has been a full-time personal trainer since 2010 and he has not lost an ounce of passion since. Quite the opposite. He is constantly learning and educating himself how can he deliver better results to his clients. 


Martin grew up in the Czech Republic in the infamous “chemical city” Usti nad Labem, known for its plastic melting acid rains and deadly smog conditions.


Martin explored various ways to get fit, from popular bodybuilding training programs, taekwondo classes, one-year service in the elite Czech Special Forces and CrossFit, to behavior psychology.


Martin loves natural bodybuilding, travelingwatching Superhero movies with his wife Andrea and spoiling their cat Aloha.

Charlotte was born and raised in Vancouver, BC and comes from a competitive sports background; she knows what it takes to work together as a team to achieve a goal.


Charlotte has been a personal trainer since 2019. Her passions reside in total body wellness, feeling strong and powerful through proper strength training and conditioning. She wants to help her clients feel empowered by reaching their goals and making tangible and actual changes in their lifestyle. 



I am passionate about helping you get started on your lifestyle journey. I can be the one to guide and educate you on movement, whether that’s in the gym or from your home. I understand what it feels like to want to change so bad you’re just not sure what to do or how to begin.

As a child I was overweight and unhealthy, and in my teenage years my weight fluctuated. At the age of twelve, after being seriously sick for more than a month I was diagnosed with gallbladder disease. This kickstarted my mind into thinking I need to eat and move better. Throughout my adolescent years and into my twenties I took better care of my nutrition (it wasn’t perfect) and my weight was more stable because of it but still I wanted more. I had been the girl who subscribed to women’s body building or fitness magazines, imagining and wanting to be as strong and fit as they were.

I kept visiting this one site for a personal trainer and decided it’s NOW, the time is now to take the leap of faith. It was one of the best decisions I had ever made.

After saying yes and believing I could do this, that I was worth it, other doors began to open, there were more opportunities that I could say yes to. I want to help others  get to that leap of faith feeling, and help open doors for them, and change their lives.
