How does online coaching work?
Online coaching is delivered via phone app that has everything you need at your fingertips. You'll find your entire program, individualized workouts with instructional videos, workout history and nutrition tracking.

You will have a weekly update from your coach evaluating your progress and providing feedback. There is also an unlimited two-way message system so you are never left without an answer.

Do I need any equipment for my online coaching?
Depending on your goals and level of experience, you may not need much more than a yoga mat and an open space in your living room. We will create your workouts based on the equipment you have at hand. 

How many times per week should I be training?
Depending on your goals, experience and recovery abilities, it will be anywhere between 3-5 days per week.

What can I expect?

Is there a minimum time I have to commit to?
