Originally from Montreal, Lili moved to Vancouver in 2017. Her love for the outdoors and trail running quickly lead her to discover the unique benefits of strength training. Feeling powerful and balanced on uneven terrain, as well as finding increased ease in day-to-day life ignited a passion to share the joys of personalized training with people from all walks of life.
She believes exercise can be a vehicle for increased confidence and wellbeing. She believes that a proper process leads to rewarding progress. With the right habits and the right mindset, success is within reach!
When she’s not at the gym, Lili is likely to be found frolicking on the North Shore trails, cooking delicious meals or reading while sipping on warm tea.
