Custom Iron LAB FITNESS APP

Your homework workouts, nutrition and your progress will be tracked via our phone app. This will allow you to stay accountable, knowing what to do and seeing your progress day after day.

Your trainer will make sure you progress, that you are doing all exercises correctly during the gym sessions, and keep you accountable when you do your home workouts. You will be able to see your progress in the Iron Lab phone app and ask any questions.

ACCOUNTABILITY

Your coach is by your side step by step on this 6 week journey. You will have unlimited access to them via in-app messages and during the in-person sessions. We won't let you fail. Whenever you feel stuck your coach is there for you.

I cannot understate how big of an impact Iron Lab has made on my life. In just three months I have lost a lot of weight and gained a lot of strength, but most importantly I feel fantastic.In the past my attempts to get into shape were always hampered by feeling overwhelmed with different training regimens and conflicting information I found online. I’ve worked with Charlotte for one on one training, and recently completed the 60-day challenge and it was awesome! Great way to re-start my commitment after taking a break from the gym due to COVID. I was able to learn how to workout from home efficiently, and with minimal equipment. Charlotte knows how to get results, was able to personalize the approach based on my needs / abilities / previous injuries, and is very targeted in her workout plans. I was on a three month online training plan with Charlotte and she was EXACTLY the type of trainer I needed. She was always willing to work WITH me and didn’t only have one specific way of training. She would always change up the work outs and test my body and push it to it’s limits while being respectable of my needs and wants out of a work out plan. I’ve dealt with disordered eating before and she never made me do anything to trigger my past. If anything she worked with it really well. I went down from an XL shirt to a small and down a few pant sizes as well but the best part is that I FEEL good. I have so much more energy and actually look forward to my work outs. My 3 month training program is over but I’ve decided to continue because Iron Lab is the only place that’s made me feel like their programs and trainers work with you. 10/10 would recommend Iron Lab and Charlotte Kapitza!
